Return and Refunds Policy

Guidelines Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the option to return the product within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns, so the customer must bear the cost of returning the item to our warehouse in Asia.

30-Day Return Window

All our customers benefit from a 30-day return policy on every order. These 30 days start from the date you receive the package. Please note that the return must be sent back to us within these 30 days, giving you ample time to inspect the product and decide whether to keep it or return it.

Return Process

If you want to return a product, it must be in its original condition and original packaging. This is required to ensure that the product can be properly processed. Products that are damaged, used beyond normal testing, or whose packaging is damaged cannot be returned.

Returning Shipments in Transit

Since our items are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you have received the items and then send them back to us. You can, of course, inform us in advance and notify us of your cancellation.

To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask you to send us a shipping label for confirmation.

Return Conditions

All items must be returned in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale, with the original tags still attached. Shipping costs are not refunded if you decide to keep part of the items in your package.

Returning Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately for a free replacement. We are committed to ensuring you receive a product in perfect condition.

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our warehouse in Asia. We recommend sending the product as registered mail with a tracking code. This ensures that we can track the shipment and efficiently process your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described.

Refund of Purchase Price

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 (fourteen days) from the day on which we receive the communication concerning your revocation of this contract and the goods received. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Sale Goods

Goods purchased on special offer can only be exchanged for another product or for a credit note. This gives you the flexibility to select another product if the original does not meet your expectations.

Exchanges

Looking to swap your item for a different size, colour or item? No worries, we’ve got you babe. Please contact us at support@atelure.com and let us know your exchange request. We handle the costs.

Procedure for returning the product:

1. Contact us at support@atelure.com and please include your order number and the reason for the return in the message.

2. You will receive a return address and a return form from us. Kindly print the label and put it in your package. Ensure you send the package via track and trace.

** For the return, we need a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we cannot verify the tracking information for your package and cannot offer a similar service. **

3. Carefully package the product and send it back to the address you received from us. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition and original packaging.

4. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the return to the specified account number.

Note: You will bear the cost of returning the product to our warehouse in Asia. Please ensure that the product is sent as a registered item with a tracking code so that we can offer our return service.

Beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the package has not been opened.
